Custom Rough Sawn lumber beams give you the look of freshly milled wood, imitating the coarse texture created by the large saw blade used. You can use these faux beams as you would with real wood — to create a rustic ceiling décor and add an overall cozy atmosphere to your home.

Instead of real wood, the beams are made of lightweight yet durable polyurethane. We create a master mold from a real rough sawn beam, so each piece we produce retains the characteristics of the real thing. But they are easy to install, are maintenance-free and cost less – otherwise you can’t tell the difference.

With over a thousand different size combinations, we can give you the beam you need. Other options include your choice of a 3-sided or 4-sided beam, various color choices or unfinished and optional end caps. You can also combine these straight beams with the Custom Rough Sawn Arched beams for even more design possibilities on vaulted ceilings and archways.
